Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.theroyaleindian.com (the “Site”) and the catering services provided by The Royale Indian (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Quotes

Orders may be placed as a paid order or as a quote request. Menu items are displayed without prices; pricing is confirmed at checkout or in a written quote. All orders are subject to acceptance and ingredient availability. We recommend placing catering orders at least 48 hours in advance; large events may require additional lead time.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in US Dollars and shown at checkout or on your invoice.
• Applicable sales tax and any delivery fees are added to your order total.
• Card payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store full card numbers.
• For quote requests, payment is due per the terms stated on your invoice.

3. Serving Sizes

Tray serving estimates (¼ Tray serves 8–12, ½ Tray serves 18–22, Full Tray serves 28–32) are approximate and depend on appetite, accompaniments, and event type. Meal boxes contain the items you select within the stated limits.

4. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from a given allergen. Please disclose allergies in your order notes; you are responsible for confirming suitability for your guests.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery

The Royale Indian is a delivery-only service across the Omaha metro. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for prompt receipt of food. Bulk trays are delivered free; meal-box orders include a delivery fee shown at checkout. Food safety after delivery (including refrigeration and reheating) is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
